Scope and pricing
- Pricing and scope are confirmed before work begins.
- Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime.
- Annual payments are paid upfront and are not retroactively refunded.
- One reasonable content update per month is included unless otherwise agreed.
- Client-provided content, logos, photos, and domain access remain the client’s responsibility.
Domains
Clients may use their own domain or ask pHouse to manage a domain for the agreed annual fee. Domains can be transferred after the account is settled and registrar rules allow.
